This is a spoof ASBO which has been issued by the Inspector Knacker of the yard!
Restrictions are as follows:
-You must NOT scratch your balls in public (inside or outside your pants).
-You must keep your hands away from your crotch area at all times.
-You must NOT try to scratch your balls inside your pockets, rummage around repositioning your bits, pretending to look for small change.
-Try using anti-itching lotion (comes as 'spray-on' or 'ball type'
-If problem persists, see your doctor - as they may have to be surgically removed!
