Restrictions are as follows:
You are not allowed to sit on a couch, eat food in front of the telly, wear track suit bottoms, allow bread crumbs to collect in you belly button, fall asleep in the armchair or break wind in front of your friends and family. You must wash at least once a week including the back of your neck and your private parts and you must clear out beer cans and pizza boxes and change your underwear once a month.
