This is a spoof ASBO which has been issued by the MINISTRY FOR ALCOHOLICS for being a BINGE DRINKER!
Restrictions are as follows:
-Stop all drinking between breakfast and morning coffee break,
-Lay off the rough cider, meths and nail varnish remover,
-Keep away from other heavy drinkers (your mates),
-Pin a note to your chest before you pass out, saying, "I don't live in this gutter, - please take me to a hotel and buy me a drink".
