| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Dollar amount shown is approximate only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping And Handling For UK orders, all goods will require a signature. If you are not available to sign for your order Royal Mail will place a card through your letterbox and it must then be collected from your local delivery depot. If goods are not collected within 1 week Royal Mail will return the parcel to us and you must pay the postage again so that we can re-despatch the goods. |
| Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will despatch your order to you the same working day, if it is received before 2pm. If your order is received after 2pm we will despatch the next working day. Goods sent to a UK address should be received within 3 to 10 working days if you select "Royal Mail Second Class". For "Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day", goods will be received next working day (if your order is received before 2pm), this is not guaranteed for a Saturday. Goods sent "Arimail" should be received within 3-5 working days. For "International Surface Mail" (outside of Europe) delivery is 2-12 weeks. |
